We really hope you love your products from Felicity Designs, however if you are not entirely happy, please contact us within 14 days of purchasing your goods to arrange a return or exchange on the email hello.felicitydesigns@gmail.com or using the Contact Us page.

Please state any relevant information such as your name, order number and email address and we'll be in touch with you as soon as we can.

To be eligible for a return, your order must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it.

Returns Shipping Address

Once we have confirmed your items are eligible for return we will email our returns address to you.

Refunds

Once your items have been returned to us and inspected, we will then email you to confirm we have received it. We will then issue you with any refund due. This will be credited to your original method of payment within 5 working days.

We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage when returning your items as we cannot cover products damaged or lost in transit.

Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of returning the product, this must be paid by you.

Cancellations

If for some reason you have made a mistake when ordering or just wish to cancel your order just email your order number and name to hello.felicitydesigns@gmail.com or use the Contact Us page to send a message requesting your order be cancelled. 

Your order can be cancelled at any time up until the dispatch date of your goods.
